Poster printing

Due September 4th: Posters in either PowerPoint or pdf files should be emailed to

Vi Nguyen
vi111
@stanford.edu

The posters should all be 32" x 42" or 42" x 32" and display the ASC logo and the Stanford logo. You can have your posters printed and mounted by

  • The CTR technical staff in Bldg. 500, contact
    hpcc-support@lists.stanford.edu

Posters should be in PDF or Powerpoint and should measure either 42" x 32" or 32" x 42".

Powerpoint templates and two examples can be found at:

Please make sure that both the Stanford and ASC logo are displayed correctly (in the past we had issues with conversion between Mac and PCs).

Gianluca uploaded two slides (sketch.pptx) that include a schematic representation of Hyshot and the decomposition of the system. These could be useful to connect the fundamental research areas to the full system analysis.

Let us know if you have questions or difficulties in using the templates:

The PSAAP TST Meeting Poster Session TBA.

Please contact HPCC Support Team directly at hpcc-support@lists.stanford.edu if you have any questions whatsoever about poster printing (format, turnover time, graphics, etc.) This will ensure the fastest response time and ultimately, the best quality poster with a minimum of hassle.

Typically, turnaround time for posters is 24 hours after submittal to our technical staff. The deadline to have posters printed by the CTR technical group is September 4th.
