@stanford.edu

The posters should all be 31.5" x 42" or 42" x 31.5" and display the ASC logo and the Stanford logo. You can have your posters printed and mounted by

  • The CTR technical staff in Bldg. 500, contact
    hpcc-support@lists.stanford.edu

Posters should be in PDF or Powerpoint and should measure either 42" x 31.5" or 31.5" x 42".

Powerpoint templates and two examples can be found at:

Please make sure that both the Stanford and ASC logo are displayed correctly (in the past we had issues with conversion between Mac and PCs).

Gianluca uploaded two slides (sketch.pptx) that include a schematic representation of Hyshot and the decomposition of the system. These could be useful to connect the fundamental research areas to the full system analysis.

Let us know if you have questions or difficulties in using the templates:

The PSAAP AST Meeting Poster Session will be held at the Stanford Faculty Club October 26 starting at 4:30 pm.

Please contact HPCC Support Team directly at hpcc-support@lists.stanford.edu if you have any questions whatsoever about poster printing (format, turnover time, graphics, etc.) This will ensure the fastest response time and ultimately, the best quality poster with a minimum of hassle.

Typically, turnaround time for posters is 24 hours after submittal to our technical staff. The deadline to have posters printed by the CTR technical group is October 20. Also, if you are using a Macintosh computer to create your poster, please make sure that all images and layout look acceptable on a Windows-based machine before submitting. What you see on a Macintosh is not necessarily what you see on a PC. Our poster printer works with a Windows-based system, and therefore we ask this as a precaution in order to provide the highest level of service and quality, in order to provide a more professional-looking poster. If you do not have access to a Windows machine, please feel free to either email us directly, or use the Windows machine in the CFD Computer Lab, Building 500, Room 500 N2. You can contact us at:
