Stanford PSAAP Annual Review will be held at the Hartley Conference Room on October 20, 2008.  The Hartley Conference Room is located at 397 Panama Mall in the Mitchell Building. On Tuesday, October 21, 2008, the Review Meeting will be held at the Durand Building, 4th flr Conference Room.  Please review attached maps.

Creekside Inn
Group Rate is $145  plus Room Tax and Incidental.  Reservations are through individual call-in. The group name  is Su- Dept.of Energy. Due to the special group rate Online reservation is not recommended.  Creekside Inn is located at 3400 El Camino Real in Palo Alto. Reservations phone# 800-492-7335.

Crowne Plaza

We highly recommend reserving hotels through corporate travel accounts or travel consolidators where the government rates still available.

Shuttle Service
Shuttle Service is available and will depart from the Creekside Inn to Stanford.  Front Desk notification during check-in is required under the group’s name to schedule group transport
